Truck and trailer shuttles on the st. joe River

We provide vehicle-only shuttle service for fly fishermen and guides on North Idaho’s St. Joe River. You launch your boat, leave your rig and key instructions with us, and we move your truck and trailer to the takeout.

We do not transport passengers or guide fishing trips. We simply make sure your rig is where it needs to be when your day on the river is done.

Routes & Rates

Choose your St. Joe River float route to request a truck-and-trailer shuttle. After your request comes through, we’ll call or text to confirm your launch time, vehicle details, key instructions, and parking notes.

St. Joe River Shuttles is a vehicle-only shuttle service. We do not transport passengers or guide fishing trips. Your shuttle is confirmed once we’ve connected and finalized the details. Shuttles may be rescheduled due to unsafe road conditions, river conditions, or weather. Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable once a shuttle has been dispatched. If we are unable to complete your shuttle, you will receive a refund or credit.

About St. Joe River Shuttles

St. Joe River Shuttles grew out of years spent serving the nonprofit, Mend River Project. Over the years, we have helped shuttle nearly 200 trips during their fly-fishing camps on the St. Joe River.

After seeing how helpful a dependable shuttle can be, we decided to continue offering reliable truck-and-trailer shuttle service throughout the season.

We love where we live, we love this river community, and we love helping fishermen have a successful day on the water. Our goal is simple: clear communication, dependable service, and your rig waiting where it needs to be when the float is done.

Because "any day on the water is a good day" and we’re here to help it run smoothly.

MEND THE LINE

St. Joe River Shuttles is a proud supporter of Mend River Project, a nonprofit fly fishing camp serving veterans and first responders on the St. Joe River.

Through learning the art of fly fishing, time outdoors, shared meals, and community, Mend River Project creates space for rest, connection, and restoration on the river.

If you’d like to support the work of Mend River Project, donations help provide all-inclusive future camps, gear, lodging, meals, and river experiences for the men and women who have served our communities and country.
